Job Summary
Lead evaluations and development of energy-conversion projects in K-12, Municipal, Higher Ed, and Healthcare sectors; analyze Mechanical, BAS, Lighting and related scopes to identify optimal performance-contracting solutions; conduct site audits and utility data analyses; collaborate with design subcontractors to ensure code compliance and optimize processes; manage project schedules and budgets using Microsoft Project; cultivate strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service across project lifecycles; requires proficiency in Excel/Office/Project and Bluebeam/Adobe Acrobat, familiarity with CMiC or similar software a plus; strong communication and interpretation of construction drawings and graphs; Bachelor’s degree in engineering and Professional Engineer license (preferred in KS/MO).
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering or Similar Engineering field
- Professional Engineering License; preferred in Kansas and/or Missouri
