Job Summary

Lead and manage manufacturing engineering projects from concept through implementation, developing plans, timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies. Coordinate with production, quality, supply chain, and external vendors to execute process improvements, equipment installations, and facility upgrades while minimizing downtime. Create engineering documentation, support Lean and Six Sigma initiatives, and track progress to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Manage vendor relationships and communicate status, risks, and results to stakeholders. Requires a Bachelor's in engineering, 7+ years in manufacturing, and PMP certification.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing, Electrical, or related field)
  • 7+ years of experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment
  • Experience managing engineering or capital projects
  • Working knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and tooling
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities
  • Experience with Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma methodologies
  • Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems
  • Experience with automation, assembly processes, or equipment validation
  • U.S. citizens or green card holders

Desired Qualifications

  • Project management certification (PMP) a plus
