Job Summary
Evaluate submittals and RFI's, review and process change orders, and support construction activities while resolving design and field issues. Coordinate resolution of field issues with design professionals, interact with field supervisors and owner representatives, and mentor less experienced engineers. Healthcare experience is highly recommended. The role requires reliable commuting to the Atlanta, GA jobsite and proficiency in major software packages including CMIC, Microsoft, and BIM 360. Experience in project control and shop drawing/submittal administration is essential.
Required Qualifications
- 5 to 8 years of experience in the construction industry
- reliably commute to the jobsite located in Atlanta, GA
- Knowledge of major software packages (CMIC, Microsoft, BIM 360)
- Experience in project control
