Sr. Project Design Technologist - AEI

Job Summary
Lead digital strategies for BIM, VDC, data management across pursuit through delivery; develop BIM Execution Plans; manage model health and data exchange; establish model management frameworks for large programs; facilitate digital coordination and client/consultant meetings; oversee software lifecycle and licensing; onboarding for firm and consultants; mentor project teams on firm tools and emerging digital practices; identify gaps and propose enhancements; evaluate, pilot, and scale new digital tools across teams; travel as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor or Master degree in Architecture, Engineering, Design Technology, or related field required
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in the digital realm of the A/E/C industry with a solid understanding of project phases from design through construction/close out
- Experience in BIM management, VDC coordination for large programs or projects is preferred
- Must have experience training others in the design, delivery, and use of BIM
- Strong leadership skills and client engagement capabilities
- Knowledge of design software and comfort with new technology testing and adoption
- Strong technical knowledge of model authoring tools like Revit, analysis tools like Insight 360, Dynamo, and review tools like Navisworks, Bluebeam, Revizto, Enscape and other Design Applications
- Knowledge of the Revit API is preferred but not required
- Must be able to travel to project locations as needed
