Sr. Project Controls/Cost Manager

Gathers, logs, and summarizes project data for technical studies and performance reviews while tracking and analyzing costs including budgets, commitments, actuals, and accruals. Develops monthly forecasts, documents variance explanations, creates payment applications, and validates invoices. Facilitates review and approval of project changes and places assets in-service, while assisting with the annual budgeting process. Requires a Bachelor's degree plus four years of Project Controls experience.
