Sr. Project/Construction Manager - Hospitality (Cebu Projects)

Oversee MEPFS construction management for multiple hospitality projects, ensuring alignment with client timelines, quality standards, and budgets. Manage day-to-day execution across pre-construction, construction, and post-construction phases, including risk profiling, safety reporting, and QA/QC documentation. Approve contractor programs, monitor testing and commissioning, and resolve technical difficulties while maintaining clear communication with clients, consultants, and third parties. Prepare construction close-out reports and ensure full compliance with contract documents and engineering designs.
