Job Summary
Lead construction documentation development and manage project deliverables for complex interior architecture and workplace design projects. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies while applying building codes and accessibility standards to ensure compliance. Oversee construction administration, submittals, RFIs, and field issues, and participate in design reviews, charrettes, and client interactions. Mentor and guide junior project staff to elevate team performance and quality. Collaborate on-site 3+ days per week, requiring a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or Interior Design and 10+ years of relevant experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors degree or Masters degree in Architecture or Interior Design from a CIDA or NCARB-accredited school
- 10+ years of relevant experience
- Registered Architect or Interior Designer (or actively pursuing registration within a year)
- Must participate in IIDA, AIA or other relevant professional organization
- Expertise in construction documentation, parametric modeling, and visualization tools
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills
- Collaborative mindset and professional work ethic
- able to work on-site 3+ days per week
