Job Summary
Senior Sr. Project Analyst responsible for leading governance of strategic initiatives and transformation programs within the LATAM region. Oversees a portfolio of strategic/operational initiatives, ensures prioritization, progress tracking, risk management and value realization, and drives cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Procurement, Finance, IT and external partners. Builds and maintains executive dashboards and KPI reporting, develops executive-ready materials, and facilitates structured decision-making forums (e.g., SteerCos, performance reviews).Responsible for defining and structuring project plans (scope, objectives, resources, timelines), managing project financials including budget planning, and ensuring alignment with business constraints. Champions PMO best practices, drives accountability and continuous improvement, and supports evolving priorities with clear communication and reporting. Willingness to travel occasionally between sites and experience with PMO/Program Management in supply chain or deliver operations is required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required
- 3+ years of experience as a project manager or equivalent in complex, multi-project or multi-system environments
