Job Summary
Sr. Program Manager to oversee a construction program for clients, with responsibilities including influencing adherence to defined processes and information management systems across program phases; gathering and validating design requirements; maintaining day-to-day stakeholder interfaces to ensure on-time, on-budget, and quality outcomes; securing project funding; defining contracting strategies; leading procurement management and pre-qualification through contract award; developing master schedules from historical data; monitoring document and data management; managing risks and opportunities; overseeing change controls; ensuring operational readiness and smooth transition to operational teams; and continuously driving improvements across the program. Requires Bachelor’s degree in a construction-related field and 5-7 years of relevant PM experience, with strong capabilities in stakeholder management, budgeting/forecasting, scheduling, contract requirements, and MS Office/PM software a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5-7 years of relevant experience
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering or a field related to construction
- Thorough knowledge of Program Management methods and best practices
- Forecasting, budgeting, planning, design, schedule and scope management
- Ability to read, understand, and communicate contract requirements including construction drawings and specifications
- Understand and follow site HSSE Policies
- Proficient with MS Outlook, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Project, MS PowerPoint
- Competent with data management software and systems for data management, analytics, quality assurance, and project/program management
- Excellent communication skills
