Job Summary
Lead design teams via PM process maps, managing day-to-day tasking for programs valued at $5M or less. Develop high-level plans to meet cost targets and schedule requirements while reporting progress to management. Monitor project progress against staffing plans, identify resource constraints, and execute structured problem-solving and root cause analysis for issues. Manage Tier 1 customer relationships, handle routine negotiations on specs and delivery, and support new business proposals through compliance matrices and schedule development. Provide mentorship and coaching to Project Management I & II personnel, delegating tasks and motivating teams to achieve optimal results. Ensure all projects comply with ISO-9002 and AS9100 standards, establish management reserves, and resolve escalated issues involving engineering and quality teams.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Experience
- 6-8 Years Relevant Project Management experience in Aerospace and Defense
- Must be a US Citizen with the ability to hold a current U.S. Government security clearance to SECRET level
- Must comply with TTM Export Control Policies and Procedures and all applicable laws including ITAR, EAR and OFAC
- Able to identify ITAR product on the manufacturing floor and understand that access to these products and related technical data is restricted to only US Citizens and US Permanent Residents
- Recognition of Foreign Person visitors by badge differentiation
- Understand and follow authorization procedures for bringing foreign visitors into facilities (VAL)
- Understand and follow Export and ITAR requirements for shipments leaving the US
- Manage vendor approvals for ITAR manufacturing and services

- Masters Degree
- Degree Field: Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Eng. Management)
- PMI Certification preferred
