Job Summary
Lead program execution of assigned statement of work, establishing objectives and metrics to coordinate with customers for high satisfaction. Monitor project budgets and financial accountability while optimizing resource allocation with the Engineering Lead to achieve financial goals. Serve as the primary interface with government program authorities, representing the team to Trace3 leadership and addressing concerns. Act as a proactive problem solver adapting to changing priorities, briefing senior leadership on contract health and mitigation solutions. Briefs senior leadership on overall health of contract; anticipates any challenges and provides mitigation solutions. Act as a POC for the HC Recruiting team regarding staff augmentation and resourcing needs, actively seeking engineering candidates with clearances. Facilitate job descriptions and candidate submissions to resource control boards while providing contract budgets and progress reports to CORs. Ensure project personnel maintain proper direction in fulfillment of the contract scope and comply with Federal Acquisitions Regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in a field relevant to the program area
- Proven ability to lead diverse teams, delegate effectively, and manage conflicts in a matrix environment
- Proven ability to seek and source engineering candidates with clearances that are in alignment with customer requirements
- Significant, progressively responsible experience in program or project management, a minimum of 7+ years of experience managing complex programs or portfolios
- Familiarity with the Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR)
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills, including the ability to brief senior executives and deliver testimony or public presentations
