Job Summary
Establish and maintain effective customer relationships with stakeholders while supervising and mentoring a large, technically diverse team. Execute program management duties including managing day-to-day operations, maintaining work plans and timelines, tracking spending, and preparing status reports. Collaborate with government customers, contractor partners, and technical leads to develop scope, deliverables, resources, work plans, budgets, and schedules. Manage subcontracting, consulting, and procurement activities, and assess program issues to meet schedule, quality, and customer goals. Identify and capture new growth opportunities to expand the business portfolio.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship
- Active Top-Secret clearance with the ability to obtain SCI/SAP
- 12+ years of experience
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Ph.D. degree in Engineering, Business/Management/Entrepreneurship, or related fields
- Active Program Management Professional (PMP) certification
- Prior program management experience with a DoW or IC contractor
- Recent experience managing R&D programs
- Proven track record of identifying, capturing, and solidifying new work along with on-contract growth opportunities
- Experience managing financials across a variety of projects and contracts
- Experience managing subcontractors, consultants, and procurement activities
- Experience in proposal development
- Demonstrated experience creating and presenting reports, briefings, and program related information to a variety of government and internal stakeholders
