Job Summary
Senior Program Manager overseeing large-scale, cross-functional MSP/RPO programs with full accountability for program strategy, delivery, and performance across high-value accounts. You will lead commercial outcomes and operational integrity, own account growth and client engagement, manage budgets and plans, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on execution, guiding teams, vendors, and stakeholders to optimize service delivery and achieve client satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
- Procurement or sourcing background with experience supporting professional services
- Experience working in or supporting an SOW program, contingent workforce program, or services procurement function
- Demonstrated experience running or supporting RFPs and competitive bidding events
- Prior experience managing or guiding a team, vendors, or program resources
- Strong stakeholder communication skills — comfortable engaging frequently with hiring managers and senior leaders
