Sr. Program Manager (Data Analytics and AI)

Lead enterprise-wide transformation programs spanning people, process, data and technology from strategy through execution, translating strategy into executable roadmaps, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring delivery against scope, timeline, dependencies, and value realization. Track and communicate program status, risks, and success metrics with business impacts to internal stakeholders; drive executive decision-making by framing options and recommendations across cross-functional initiatives; identify cross-functional dependencies and align expectations to deliver timely outcomes; define success metrics and value realization plans (financial, operational, and strategic) and ensure benefits are realized post-implementation; drive process transformation including current-state assessment, design/standardization, control points, metrics, and handoffs; drive technology/platform transformation in partnership with product/engineering/IT (requirements gathering, release planning, integration dependencies, data considerations, readiness, and cutover planning); champion a culture of shared ownership, urgency; collaborate with program sponsors to deliver presentations to executive audiences; manage external partners (vendors/SIs) as applicable; become a trusted advisor and partner to business stakeholders; influence at all levels of the organization.
