Job Summary
Partner with senior leadership to develop strategic planning for new nursing tracks and cultivate clinical partnerships with hospitals, outpatient centers, and long-term care facilities. Negotiate affiliation agreements ensuring regulatory compliance while collaborating with legal and accreditation teams to finalize board of nursing requirements. Oversee scheduling and placement logistics for licensure track programs, ensuring equitable access and resolving site-related conflicts or capacity issues. Monitor site readiness and student satisfaction through feedback loops, facilitate onboarding, and document interactions via the CAP portal to support remediation plans. Analyze evaluation data to identify trends and areas for improvement in practicum experiences while maintaining alignment with academic standards and workforce needs.
Required Qualifications
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and resolve complex issues
- Proficiency in evaluating clinical competencies and supporting student remediation
- Experience with project management tools and practicum tracking systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite programs
- Ability to work cross-functionally with academic, operations, legal, and clinical teams
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinical education, partnership development, or healthcare operations
- Familiarity with accreditation standards (e.g. CCNE, ACEN, CSWE) and state board regulations
- Proven experience in program development, change management, and stakeholder engagement
- Master's degree in Nursing, Health Administration, or related field
- All degrees must be conferred from an institution accredited by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education
- RN licensure with multi-state eligibility or compact licenses
- Must be able to travel occasionally should a business need arise
- Ability to work onsite in Corporate or Campus location (in a typical office environment)
- Must be able to meet critical thinking and problem solving aspects aligned to job duties
- Must be able to effectively communicate with co-workers
- Must be able to work more than 40 hours per week when business needs warrant
- Able to access information using a computer
