Sr. Program Manager

Manage, direct, and administer contractor staff execution while providing quality assurance and leadership for individual FSC SLs. Guide personnel through day-to-day tasks, track contract-driven activities using proven methodologies, and function as a Release Train Engineer to align teams toward shared objectives. Proactively monitor SL performance, provide expert input to leadership, and support quality assurance over deliverables. Utilize VA-approved tools for reporting and continuously assist SLs with business growth, innovation, and value proposition tailoring. Requires six years of SAFe experience and expertise in the assigned SL area.
