Sr. Program Manager

Sr. Program Manager drives program planning and execution for designated projects, acts as the conductor to remove roadblocks, and ensures customer satisfaction through alignment with objectives, master timing schedules, and coordination across engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams. Responsibilities include maintaining customer relationships, managing issues to closure, leading program activities and reviews, coordinating APQP activities, tracking prototype and pre-production builds, developing program status reports, negotiating requirements with customers, and supporting cost analyses and proposals. Travel with customers to manufacturing facilities (domestic and international) and lead cross-functional coordination to address design Specifications and program changes. Requires a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or PM, 5–15 years of experience, strong analytical/communication skills, and proficiency with MS Office and MS Project.
