Job Summary
Lead enterprise initiatives that accelerate technology adoption, drive measurable business outcomes, and maximize the value of IT investments across the organization. Establish adoption strategies for AI, build and scale digital champion communities, and drive organizational readiness by partnering with AI teams, communications, and training organizations. Define value realization frameworks for IT AI investments, establish KPIs and executive scorecards, and conduct benefit realization reviews. Support governance frameworks for AI and digital platforms, partner with FinOps to improve transparency, and enable data-driven decision making through clear insights on adoption and operational impact. Communicate transformation progress and measurable outcomes to leadership while identifying capability gaps to coordinate enterprise enablement initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field
- Eight (8) years of proven experience in Digital Transformation, IT Strategy, Business Operations, Change Management, or related fields
- Confirmed experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing collaborators across a matrixed organization
- Strong understanding of AI, automation, digital workplace technologies, cloud platforms, and SaaS ecosystems
- Experience defining and tracking AI business value, adoption metrics, KPIs, ROI, and value realization frameworks
- Familiarity with FinOps, cost governance, and technology consumption management principles
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities
- Strong executive communication and collaborator management skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technology-driven outcomes
