Job Summary
Senior Program Manager for the Federal Civilian unit managing end-to-end program delivery, P&L ownership, and SOW execution. Leads product, design, and technical delivery across multiple workstreams, aligning client needs and user research with contract scope, while coordinating with UX, research, engineering, and security teams. Responsible for budget, staffing, compliance, and stakeholder communications; mentors team members and champions new delivery approaches and emerging technologies. Requires 9+ years of program management, a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, federal suitability, and experience delivering public-sector or government IT programs. Remote-first role with nationwide eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- 9+ years of relevant program management experience
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent additional experience in lieu of a degree
- Demonstrated experience leading successful delivery across product, design, and technical domains
- 4+ years of experience managing technology service delivery projects in a public sector or commercial contracting environment
- Must meet federal suitability requirements and pass a background investigation as a condition of employment
