Job Summary
Serve CBP Major Acquisition program managers by conducting oversight and governance on acquisition programs, reviewing documents and plans, and developing analysis on program execution. Advise on the acquisition process, prepare correspondence and briefings for senior leaders, and track actions. Manage performance metrics, coordinate planning and metrics reports, and facilitate Requests for Information, congressional reports, and government audits. Support DHS Customs and Border Protection customers in a hybrid schedule within the Critical Infrastructure Group.
Required Qualifications
- U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and retain a CBP Background Investigation
- Bachelor's degree
- 10 years of experience
- Knowledge of the program management field and acquisition management, including understanding of the DHS Management Directive 102-01 and its supporting guides, DoD 5000, Program Management Institute guides, and/or Federal Acquisition Institute guidelines
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
