Job Summary
Develop and oversee all healthcare certification account consultation processes, establishing procedures for account management and protecting the integrity of the certification. Manage large healthcare organization accounts to drive systems of care development, retention strategies, and recertification while leading CKM program implementation across member health systems. Build relationships with key stakeholders and certification champions to accelerate quality of care initiatives and facilitate system of care relationships between hospitals and clinics. Assist with developing CKM Alliance tools and resources, oversee certification team business functions including budget management, and provide exceptional account support to certified organizations. Full-time, home-based role with up to 25% travel; current funding expires 9/30/2029.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Five years of relevant experience
- Ability to travel up to 25% local and overnight stay
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced clinical degree preferred - RN, MD, Dietitian, PharmD Preferred
