Sr. Program Consultant

Develop, implement, and oversee all healthcare certification account consultation processes, establishing procedures for account management to maintain certification integrity. Consult with team members on operational and business processes while leading Alliance-related responsibilities and cardiovascular-kidney-metabolic program implementation, including strategic planning, clinic development, and registry integration. Manage large healthcare organization accounts for systems of care development, program consultation, and retention strategies, ensuring customer engagement and preparation for annual maintenance reviews. Lead CKM program implementation with comprehensive resource deployment to support operational, clinical, and quality improvement initiatives. Collaborate with hospitals and clinics to accelerate quality of care and seek program champions among key stakeholders and front-line leaders. Assist with developing CKM Alliance tools and resources while overseeing certification team business functions, including projections, budget, and expense management.
