Job Summary
Provide supervision, guidance, and instruction to assigned persons served regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interactions with others. Supervise direct care staff and manage Program site activities in the absence of the Program Manager. Requires a high school diploma, two years of related work experience, or six months as a Program Associate at Bancroft. Hourly rate ranges from $22.61 to $23.07 plus incentives. Available in Burlington and Camden County, including Mount Laurel, Cherry Hill, and Voorhees, NJ, with various shifts including evenings and overnights. Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
