Job Summary
Provide supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building to assigned persons regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interactions. Supervise direct care staff and manage Program site activities when the Program Manager is absent. Requires a high school diploma, with a preferred BA in Social Work or Psychology and minimum two years of related work experience or six months as a Program Associate. Required Qualifications

- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization
