Job Summary
Provide supervision, guidance, instruction, and skill building to persons served regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and social interactions. Supervise direct care staff and manage Program site activities in the absence of the Program Manager. Requires a high school diploma, two years of related work experience, or six months as a Program Associate, with a BA in Social Work or Psychology preferred. Schedule Wednesday through Saturday with varying hours; hourly rate $22.36-$22.81. Located in Mt. Laurel, NJ, within Adult Residential department.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education in a related field
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
