Job Summary
Provide supervision, guidance, and instruction on daily living activities, safety, and vocational tasks to individuals with autism, intellectual, and developmental disabilities. Lead assigned persons in skill building and manage Program site activities in the absence of the Program Manager. Direct care staff and foster a stable environment where individuals can realize their highest potential. Requires a high school diploma, two years of related work experience, or six months as a Program Associate, with a BA in Social Work or Psychology preferred. Full-time onsite role in Mullica Hill, NJ.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization
Desired Qualifications
- Additional education in a related field
- BA in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
