Job Summary
Supervise, guide, and instruct assigned persons served at the Program site regarding daily living activities, safety, vocational activities, and interactions with others. Provide oversight to direct care staff and manage Program site operations when the Program Manager is absent. Requires a high school diploma, with a BA in Social Work or Psychology preferred, and a minimum of two years in related work or six months as a Program Associate. Required Qualifications

- Minimum of two years of related work experience
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Program Associate in the Bancroft organization
