Sr. Program Analyst – Tactical Operations Support

Job Summary
Coordinate research and development projects, end-user requirements, and R&D project oversight for the Irregular Warfare Technical Support Directorate. Provide technical and operational advice on Tactical Operations Support initiatives while developing procurement packages from Broad Agency Announcements and vendor solicitations. Facilitate portfolio management at a programmatic level in close coordination with a Government Program Manager, supporting operational planning, testing, system fielding, and sustainment efforts. Manage multiple projects supporting the Department of Defense, Intelligence Community, and international partners. Requires Secret clearance with TS/SCI eligibility, 10+ years in military or government communication and survivability systems, and 5+ years in project management.
Required Qualifications
- At least 10 years of experience with military or other government agencies associated with Communication Systems; Specialized Access Systems; Survivability Systems; Unconventional Warfare / Counter-Insurgency
- At least 5 years' experience in Project Management, preferably with government research and development projects
- Bachelors Degree
- Secret clearance with the ability to obtain a TS/SCI clearance
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to write technical documents and communicate complex subjects to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with government operational end users in Special Operations and non-DoD agencies
- Basic knowledge of key government contracting elements and DoD acquisition processes such as SOWs, CDRLs and source selection
- Experience in DoD Special Operations
