Job Summary
Sr Project Manager for Egnyte Professional Services responsible for planning and overseeing multiple customer projects to ensure on-time delivery within budget and scope. Lead resource planning, monitor progress, manage risks and issues, and provide consistent stakeholder updates. Serve as liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion and success, while following SOPs and maintaining current client-facing documents. Expect minimal travel with a focus on facilitating deployment and adoption of Egnyte’s platform, managing customer relationships and driving successful outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- 5-8 years’ experience managing projects in Customer Facing Implementation roles (remote and onsite) in a technology organization
- Proven track record of working with external customers and internal partner teams including Sales, Engineering, and Product Management
- Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills
- Solid organizational and multi-tasking skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to changing processes
- Experience handling escalations at all levels
- Strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin
- Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices
- Experience with creating, maintaining and following a repeatable project methodology
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline is preferred
