Job Summary
Senior Night-Shift Production Supervisor leads assigned production lines at Abbott’s Alajuela, Coyol location in the Vascular division, ensuring efficient daily operations, coordinating labor, materials, equipment, and tooling for on-time product assembly and delivery, maintaining high quality and traceability under the Quality Management System, developing direct reports through training and task progression, overseeing staffing plans, ensuring 100% product availability, maintaining a safe work environment, and aligning with other departments to achieve operational goals. The role requires knowledge of cGMPs and CFRs, and fluency in English and Spanish.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business
- 7+ years of related experience
- Fully bilingual English and Spanish
