Job Summary
Senior Production Supervisor oversees startup/setup of donut production lines, packaging, and labeling machinery across multiple lines; manages labor, ingredients, and materials; reviews schedules, provides end-of-shift handoffs, and evaluates production-related reports. Leads continuous improvement efforts to optimize KPIs and OEE, ensures food safety and quality per GMP/SQF/OSHA standards, and enforces safety and housekeeping policies. Trains and develops line personnel, collaborates with HR on hires, and drives safety, efficiency, and cost-conscious production methods while maintaining a positive team culture. Location-based at Clyde’s Donuts facility in Addison, IL; schedule is 1:30am–10:30am with Sunday-to-Friday coverage and sixth-day pay.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree (Business, Economics, Engineering preferred)
