Sr Production Operator

Job Summary
Operate production lines, perform packaging and batch making, and troubleshoot equipment issues while adhering to Good Manufacturing Practices. Monitor raw material availability, conduct reconciliations, and maintain batch records and logs. Perform minor maintenance, load/unload materials using forklifts, and assist with complex support tasks or projects as directed. Interfaces with PLC applications and other departments to resolve moderate issues. Requires 2–4 years of production experience, forklift certification, and familiarity with food, chemical, or drug manufacturing. Reports to a supervisor who provides general instructions on new assignments.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Associate's Degree
- Minimum 2 – 4 years of related production experience
- Experience in operation of a forklift and other material handling equipment
- Computer skills and data entry experience
- Must be able to lift materials of up to 75 lbs
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs
- Must be available for weekend shifts
- Valid driver's license

Desired Qualifications
- Associate's Degree desirable
- Experience with food, chemical, or drug manufacturing equipment preferred
- Experience with AWS or GCP
- Linux fluency
- Java
- Bachelor's degree

- Demonstrated leadership in cross-functional teams
- Must be able to effectively lead and coach others
