Job Summary
Sr. Production Manager responsible for leading and coordinating production operations in Tyson Foods' Prepared Foods division at the Dallas plant. Oversees staffing, training, and retention; ensures adherence to safety, sanitation, and USDA/OSHA requirements; maintains high production, quality, and yields; manages records and reporting; drives continuous improvement and problem solving; leads production supervisors and collaborates with department heads to meet safety, production, and quality metrics. Requires a Bachelor's degree (preferred) and 3+ years of manufacturing experience; relocation is provided; no sponsorship available.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent
- 3+ years related experience in manufacturing
- Food manufacturing experience preferred
- capacity to meet safety, production, quality, and yields goals
- ability to communicate with all levels of staff and government officials
- ability to work across departments to meet goals
