Job Summary
Develop and implement operational policies while managing the Operations team, including Installation Managers, teams, warehouse, and office staff. Oversee inventory management and supply chain processes, utilizing WMS or ERP systems, and monitor budgets and expenses related to operations. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety requirements, including OSHA standards, and maintain positive relationships with vendors, customers, and stakeholders. Collaborate with Jacuzzi Group manufacturing facilities to ensure timely delivery of materials. This role supports the fastest growing business unit of the Jacuzzi Group, delivering premium home and outdoor products across 13 successful nationwide locations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field preferred
- 5+ years of experience in Operations Management, Production Management or a related role
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Inventory Management experience required, NetSuite software preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Experience in logistics and supply chain management
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with WMS or ERP system highly preferred
- OSHA knowledge
- Experience from the home improvement industry
