Job Summary
Senior Product Validation Engineer responsible for leading product validation activities across the full development lifecycle, including test planning, execution, defect management, and cross-functional coordination. Requires strong technical expertise, independent problem-solving ability, and the capability to guide junior engineers while ensuring validation quality and milestone delivery. Responsibilities include test case study creation/update, assist Test Lead on test scope sizing, hands-on execution, and managing the defect lifecycle using bug tracking tools. Daily work prioritization to achieve project milestones. Qualifications include a BS in Computer Science/Computer Engineering or similar and 4+ years of server validation experience (OS, hardware, BIOS/UEFI/BMC), with solid test plan/case design and strong bilingual communication in Chinese and English. Required Qualifications
