Sr. Product Solutions Architect - Gracenote

Job Summary
Lead customer technical pre-sales and implementation for Gracenote's metadata and AI product suite. Partner with Sales to conduct discovery sessions, lead workshops, and manage proof-of-concept development from requirements gathering through production deployment. Act as the technical anchor during onboarding, guiding developers through API integrations and providing code-level support for frameworks like AWS and Google Cloud. Serve as the voice of the customer to influence product roadmaps, translate requirements into actionable requests, and validate new features before rollout. Design and maintain single-purpose AI agents demonstrating the Gracenote Model Context Protocol Server capabilities. Travel up to 30% of the time to North American customer sites for workshops and discovery sessions.
Required Qualifications
- 3-5+ years in pre-sales, customer-facing technical engineering or solutions architecture roles
- Ability to travel to customer sites, primarily in North America up to 30% of the time to conduct workshops and discovery sessions
- Periodic International travel may be required
Desired Qualifications
- Specific experience designing, deploying, or observing AI agents, MCP architectures, and managing cloud framework deployments (AWS/Google/Azure)
- Experience in the TV industry
