Job Summary
Sr Product Software Engineer role building components of a large-scale orchestration platform for VOD ad serving. Contributes to engineering practices (design patterns, CI/CD, code review, automated testing), applies state-of-the-art technologies including LLM-assisted processing, and participates in the full software lifecycle (design, implementation, testing). Collaborates with program managers, SDET, and researchers in an open and innovative environment. Requires 5+ years backend experience, BS in CS/Engineering or equivalent, and expertise in JVM languages, cloud, and databases; preferred experience with SpringBoot, DynamoDB, Redis/MemCache, AWS, Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, and ad tech domain.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of related experience creating and coding backend services
- BS in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent experience
- Expertise in at least one language on the JVM
- Experience working with cloud providers
- Familiarity with databases (SQL and NoSQL)
- Experience investigating technical components and taking ownership of feature development
- Preferred: SpringBoot and related Spring projects
- Non-relational databases (e.g., DynamoDB)
- Redis and/or MemCache
- AWS or other cloud providers
- Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Ad Tech industry experience
- Experience with prompt / tool pattern design, function calling, streaming, and context management
