Job Summary

Sr Product Services Engineer responsible for diagnosing and resolving complex software issues affecting customer experience. Key duties include responding to customer queries via phone, email, or chat; researching and reproducing issues in a sandbox; tracing root causes to defects, enhancements, or change management; collaborating with product teams to diagnose performance issues; contributing to minor code/script changes and deploying hotfixes; prioritizing system enhancements with product owners; assisting with sprint planning and user acceptance testing; aiding software engineering in testing and validating improvements; updating the Customer Knowledge database for common requests; and driving continuous improvement of operational metrics and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate combines analytical problem-solving across multi-technology environments with the ability to communicate technical issues to non-technical customers and influence product roadmaps through data-driven insights.

Required Qualifications
