Job Summary
Sr. Product Sales Manager for Starlink Enterprise is responsible for owning the end-to-end experience of Enterprise customers, including checkout experience, customer acquisition, retention, and product marketing on Starlink.com; identifying and developing pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies to drive revenue growth; supporting integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink’s portfolio; assisting sales engagements, answering questions on commercial models and product capabilities; collaborating with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering; working with Sales Operations to improve GTM processes; overseeing technical training and development of the team; and representing Starlink at global conferences and events. Preferred candidates have 5+ years in technical sales or product management, strong cross-functional collaboration, and a track record in pricing, operations, and strategic initiatives. Must be available for extended hours and weekends and travel approximately 50% of the time.
