Sr. Product Sales Manager (Starlink Aviation)

Job Summary
Leverage experience in general, business, and corporate aviation to identify and develop improvements to pricing, product, and go-to-market strategies that support revenue growth and can be defended internally. Support the integration of new hardware and service products into Starlink's portfolio by managing pricing, operations, and sales enablement. Engage with customers and answer questions around commercial models, while developing technical and commercial collateral for sales teams and resellers. Work in partnership with Licensing, Government Affairs, Operations, Finance, Legal, and Product Engineering teams to consult on Go-to-market processes and oversee technical training. Represent Starlink at global conferences and events. This role requires onsite work in Bastrop, TX, Hawthorne, CA, Redmond, WA, or Palo Alto, CA, with 50% travel and extended hours.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a STEM or Business discipline or 5+ years of professional working experience in lieu of a degree
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical sales or product management
- 5+ years of professional experience with enterprise network infrastructure
- Must work onsite from SpaceX office in Bastrop, TX, Hawthorne, CA, Redmond, WA, or Palo Alto, CA
- Must be available to work extended hours and weekends as needed
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time to customer locations and other SpaceX locations
- Must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. lawful permanent resident, Refugee, or Asylee (or eligible to obtain required authorizations)
Desired Qualifications
- 5+ years of previous experience in a customer-facing role
- Previous experience in sales, account management, business development, engineering, and/or other technical roles preferred supporting enterprise networking products
- Strong analytical skills in business and technical issues
- Comfortable with high degree of ambiguity and figuring out solutions with minimal guidance
- Knowledge of Starlink's network infrastructure to communicate to customers
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Demonstrated technical aptitude for the products you've supported
