Job Summary
Own the product roadmap and long-term strategy for an assigned product line, translating market needs, regulatory changes, and competitive analysis into executable plans for engineering and leadership. Anticipate industry code updates and define requirements for new platforms while presenting business cases to executive teams. Lead cross-functional teams through product planning and launch, managing pricing and margin assumptions in partnership with finance. Build relationships with Korea HQ counterparts to align regional and global roadmaps, and mentor junior product managers. Represent the company with industry bodies and channel partners on product direction. This role requires bilingual Korean and English skills and 5+ years of HVAC product management experience.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related engineering discipline
- 5+ years of experience in product management or product development, with direct HVAC or related mechanical equipment experience
- Bilingual in Korean and English required, both written and verbal, sufficient for executive-level technical and business discussions
- Demonstrated ownership of a product roadmap or portfolio, including market analysis and business case development
- Strong working knowledge of HVAC systems, applicable codes, and industry standards
- Track record of navigating regulatory change and translating it into product strategy
- Proven ability to influence senior leadership and align cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Willingness to travel domestically and to Korea as needed (estimated 15–25%)
