Job Summary
Gather client requirements for development projects, document user stories and acceptance criteria, and prioritize tasks with key stakeholders. Cascade requirements and changes to internal teams, spearhead project kickoffs, and coordinate with the Scrum Master for timely delivery. Conduct user acceptance tests, manage UI/UX changes, and provide regular updates to internal and external parties. Build long-term client relationships, seek data-driven trends for technical strategy, and maintain project documentation in the Knowledge Base System. Report on a hybrid setup (once to twice weekly) in our Quezon City office.
Required Qualifications
- A bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, management, or other related fields.
- At least 5 years experience in business/system analysis, product owner, or a related field.
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- The ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions.
- Excellent documentation skills.
- Fundamental technical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
- Experience creating detailed reports and giving presentations.
- A track record of following through on commitments.
- Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills.
- Experience leading and developing top performing teams.
- A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
- Must be willing to report on a Hybrid setup (once to twice a week) in our office in Quezon City
