Job Summary
Own the product lifecycle of one or more Zerto business domains; constantly engage with customers and convey their feedback internally; identify customer needs and problems; write product specifications, user stories, and wireframes; collaborate with UX/UI designers to deliver intuitive experiences; work with Engineering, Product, Marketing, Sales, UX, Support and Executives to deliver products; track KPIs and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement; support go-to-market strategies including product launches and documentation; prioritize features considering customer requests, engineering constraints, and delivery timelines.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree with 7-10+ years of relevant experience
