Job Summary
The Senior Product Owner leads product strategy execution for financial and digital banking products, managing the product roadmap and backlog within the POD. This role collaborates with internal stakeholders to define and deliver solutions that meet member needs and business objectives. Responsibilities include translating market insights into product roadmaps, defining KPIs for product success, authoring user stories in Agile methodology, and overseeing the product lifecycle. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree and have 5–7 years of relevant experience. Agile certifications are required, with preference for additional Scrum or SAFe certifications.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, IT Management, Business, or related field
- 5–7 years in product management, business analysis, digital transformation, or business/IT roles
- Product Owner Agile professional certification required
Desired Qualifications
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO)
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM)
- SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager
