Job Summary
Own end-to-end product strategy and execution across commerce and growth initiatives for Disney Entertainment & ESPN’s consumer-facing streaming and digital products, including acquisition, engagement, and monetization. Drive impact across acquisition funnels, onboarding flows, conversion, lifecycle optimization, and subscription pricing; define success metrics, design experiments (A/B tests, cohort analyses), and iterate based on results. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations to balance business goals, user experience, and technical feasibility. Requires a proven track record shipping consumer products at scale, strong data-driven decision-making, and the ability to ramp into new domains quickly. Bachelor’s degree and 7+ years of PM experience are required. The role emphasizes broad platform exposure, high-visibility initiatives, and delivering measurable improvements in conversion, retention, or revenue, in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
