Job Summary
Sr Product Manager II specializing in commerce and growth, responsible for end-to-end product strategy and execution across acquisition, engagement, and monetization surfaces. Drives product initiatives from discovery through launch and iteration, using qualitative research, data analysis, and experimentation (A/B tests, cohort analyses) to define success metrics and iterate. Collaborates with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations to balance short-term wins with long-term platform scalability and technical health. Requires 7+ years of PM experience in consumer products, a Bachelor's degree, and a proven track record in growth, commerce, or monetization with measurable impact. The role offers high-visibility, cross-functional exposure across acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization, with compensation in the San Francisco, CA area.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7+ years of product management experience
- experience building and shipping consumer products at scale
- growth, commerce, or monetization initiatives with measurable impact
- strong understanding of acquisition funnels, monetization, retention drivers, and lifecycle optimization
- experience with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making
- ability to absorb platform architecture and constraints while empathizing with users
- strong communication and stakeholder management skills
