Job Summary

Own end-to-end product strategy and execution across commerce and growth initiatives, from discovery through launch and iteration. Drive impact on acquisition, engagement, and retention surfaces including onboarding flows, conversion funnels, feature adoption, subscriptions, pricing, and paywalls. Identify opportunities using qualitative research, data analysis, and experimentation; define success metrics, design A/B tests, and iterate based on results. Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, data science, marketing, and operations to balance short-term wins with long-term platform scalability. Rapidly ramp into new domains and deliver measurable improvements in conversion, retention, or revenue while translating ML/AI capabilities into growth outcomes.

Required Qualifications

  • 7+ years of product management experience
  • experience building and shipping consumer products at scale
  • Proven experience working on growth, commerce, or monetization initiatives with measurable impact
  • Strong understanding of acquisition funnels, monetization, retention drivers, and lifecycle optimization
  • Comfortable working with experimentation frameworks and data-driven decision-making
  • Ability to quickly absorb platform architecture and constraints while maintaining deep empathy for users
  • Skilled at balancing business goals, user experience, and technical considerations
  • Thrives in ambiguous environments and can prioritize effectively under time constraints
  • Clear, concise communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, statistics, business, media or a related field

  • Data-driven mindset with hands-on experience in experimentation (A/B testing, cohort analysis) and defining success metrics to optimize performance
