Job Summary
Senior Product Manager to own the restaurant technology portfolio within Disney Experiences Technology. Translate complex business and Guest needs into clear requirements and acceptance criteria, and drive end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery through go-to-market planning and operational sustainment. Partner with Engineering to ensure timely, high-quality delivery and collaborate with Operations, Training, and frontline Cast teams to embed new capabilities into day-to-day park and retail workflows. Lead go-to-market plans, define phased rollout strategies, and ensure Guest communication and experience quality from day one. Champion AI adoption across product and engineering teams and explore integrating AI tools into workflows. Requires 5+ years in digital/tech roles in hospitality, experience designing GTM plans, operational adoption in high-volume environments, agile tooling proficiency, and strong communication skills. Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in digital or technology roles in the hospitality industry
- Experience designing and executing go-to-market plans for technology products
- Experience driving operational adoption and sustainment of technology in complex, high-volume environments
- Strong command of agile tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence)
- Strong ability to break down complex strategic problems into clear requirements and deliverable increments
- Clear and effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Experience working in a collaborative environment across Technology and operational departments
- Experience synthesizing complex or diverse project data and information to inform product decisions
- Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science) or equivalent work experience
