Job Summary
Define and deliver a scalable API platform supporting eBay's Authenticity Guarantee operations, integrating warehouse systems, item inspection workflows, shipping providers, and internal eBay systems. Design platform capabilities and integrations that connect operational workflows for authenticators, warehouse operators, and logistics teams while driving a technical roadmap balancing business growth, platform scalability, and operational efficiency. Partner closely with engineering leadership to shape long-term foundation architecture and lead cross-functional initiatives involving engineering, operations, logistics, and customer experience stakeholders. Manage and mentor a growing team focused on platform and operational technology to enable future growth of the program.
Required Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in technical Product Management
- Experience defining APIs, system integrations, and scalable platform capabilities
- Experience working on operational workflows, warehouse technologies, supply chain systems, fulfillment platforms, or similar complex business processes
- Experience managing multiple complex, multi-phase strategic products in parallel across diverse stakeholder groups and execution teams
- Strong technical fluency and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering teams on architecture, integrations, and platform strategy
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS, Human Computer Interaction, Operations, Design, or a related field

- Ideally focused on platform products, operational systems, warehouse management systems (WMS), fulfillment technology, logistics platforms, or large-scale business applications
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead discussions, align stakeholders, and drive decisions across technical and non-technical audiences
