Job Summary
Lead the go-to-market and messaging strategy for LG’s HVAC categories, translating complex features and regulatory requirements into customer-facing content and persona-based messaging for contractors, distributors, reps, and engineers. Develop and maintain product messaging documents, support cross-functional NPI planning and execution, and build launch materials (sales tools, competitive comparisons, channel content). Collaborate with Sales, Channel Marketing, and Training to ensure readiness, track launch metrics, and provide ongoing lifecycle guidance and portfolio optimization. Conduct competitive intelligence and market insights, gather VOC and field feedback to refresh messaging, and create sales enablement tools (sell sheets, spec guides, calculators, presentations). Influence cross-functional partners (Product Management, Sales, Marketing) to improve GTM execution and ensure materials are accessible and optimized for field use.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
- 5+ yrs experience in channel or trade marketing within HVAC, building technologies, or industrial B2B
- Ability to translate complex technical products into clear customer value propositions
